Verify the tournament

Every team opening must link to public tournament information. Check the course, organizer, date and entry fee before committing.

Keep payment outside the site

ScrambleSpot does not collect entry fees. Be cautious if someone asks you to send money to an unfamiliar personal account.

Honor commitments

If plans change, cancel through the site before the event. A cancellation with notice is recorded separately and is not a no-show.

Fair reporting

Post-event ratings and optional comments stay private until both people submit, or 14 days pass. Disputed negative reports are hidden from public totals while reviewed.

Report concerns

Do not use the platform for harassment, discrimination, misleading listings or commercial spam. Reports are reviewed through ScrambleSpot’s administrator review process.
